SOAR Project The Skill Framework for Artificial Intelligence Readiness (SOAR) project is designed to prepare India for a digital future by equipping students and educators from classes 6 to 12. SOAR is aligned with the Skill India Mission and Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) 4.0 to enhance digital skills, AI literacy and employability. SOAR provides models for students and educators that focus on ethical AI applications and basic machine learning concepts. The Union Budget 2025-26 has allocated Rs 500 crore for setting up a Centre of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence in Education.
