Environment Marine Elite Protection Force The Marine Elite Protection Force was launched to protect and monitor marine resources. It provides protection to endangered species such as the Olive Ridley sea turtle, dolphins, and dugongs. It focuses primarily on enforcing the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972.
