AI Impact Summit (2026) Context: At the AI Impact Summit in New Delhi, 85 countries and three international organisations signed the New Delhi Declaration, aiming to build broad global consensus on the future of Artificial Intelligence governance. The International AI Summit held in New Delhi confirmed investments of $270 billion (₹24 lakh crore). Five pillars were emphasized: ethics, responsible governance, national sovereignty, access for all, and legal use. The New Delhi Declaration was adopted at the conclusion of the AI Summit.
