- India women’s blind cricket team beats Australia in final and claim gold medal.
- India men’s blind cricket team wins silver medal after defeat against Pakistan.

- Cricket is included in the IBSA World Games for the first time and India’s both men’s and women’s blind teams reached finals to make history.
Awards & Honours
‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas’ book released
- A two volume book consisting of the speeches and addresses given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi from June 2020 to May 2022 was released in Bhopal.
- The volumes have been compiled by the Publications Division of the Information & Broadcasting Ministry.

Kaziranga National Park to get its first woman Field Director
- The Assam government Indian Forest Service officer Sonali Ghosh as the next Field Director of the park.
