ICICI bank has rolled out a new feature of voice banking services on Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for its customers. It will enable customers to #BankWithTheirVoice and get answers to banking queries, check account balance & transactions, credit card due date and more. The company’s new voice banking service uses an omnichannel bot called iPal to allow users to interact with virtual assistants on Alexa or Google Assistant-powered devices.

ICICI Bank today announced the launch of a ‘Cardless Cash Withdrawal’ facility from its ATMs. This service enables customers to withdraw cash from over 15,000 ATMs of the bank by simply raising a request on ‘iMobile’, its mobile banking application. It is a simple and convenient way to withdraw cash without using a debit card.

The ICICI Bank has launched Whatsapp bankingto assist its customers in meeting the banking needs from homes during the lockdown. Beneficiaries Any existing ICICI Bank Savings Account customer on WhatsApp can access the new service. The customer who has only an ICICI credit card can use the service to block/ unblock the card. The Non-ICICI Bank customers can also use this service to know the nearby location of the Bank’s branches / ATMs.

ICICI (Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation of India) Bank , an Indian financial institution, has launched first-of-its-kind 24×7 self-service delivery tool for customers called “iBox” at one of its branches in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
